Impact of Green Transformational Leadership on Employees’ Environmental Performance in the Hotel Industry Context: Does Green Work Engagement Matter?

This study primarily aimed to investigate the impact of green transformational leadership on employees’ environmental performance and work engagement in hotel business. In addition this, it sought empirically examine potential mediating effect association amid three- four-star hotels Egypt. For this purpose, a questionnaire was designed sent chosen workforce ascertain their thoughts study’s components (GTL, engagement, performance) using connections with HR managers staff at popular Egyptian tourist sites.
